## Summary

BNA Conseil, founded by Frédéric Marny, a construction company director for twenty years and AI lead at FFB IDF Est, supports micro-businesses and SMEs in construction and public works in Île-de-France with their digital transition and AI adoption. The offer is an 8-day programme over 6 to 9 months: maturity diagnostic, mapping of the impacts on employees, individualised AI familiarisation, co-construction of an AI charter, then deployment on concrete uses such as site meeting reports and responses to tenders. Two references are cited: AVB Innovations (40 employees), where Marny led AI adoption for three years, and CAPET Ingénierie (a construction engineering consultancy, 12 staff), supported since July 2026, with a diagnostic revealing HR issues and an AI charter under way.
