Data controller
Couronne de Charlemagne Conseil, RCS Marseille 878 760 735, 1 chemin de Ceyreste, 13260 Cassis, France, is the controller of the personal data collected via this site. Contact: hello@marsanne.studio.
Data collected
This site uses no audience measurement cookies or advertising trackers, and no personal data is collected when you simply browse it.
The executive diagnostic records the answers you choose to give. These are assessments of a company's organisation and tools; no question concerns an individual, and all are optional. These answers do not allow you to be identified.
No personal data is requested before the result of the diagnostic has been presented to you. Only at that point, and if you wish, you may enter an email address to receive a copy. First name and company name are offered as optional fields. If you do not provide them, your answers remain free of any personal nature.
If you send the sharing link to your colleagues, their answers are linked to yours. Their individual answers are never disclosed to you: only differences and trends are. No name is requested from them.
The email link ("Request a diagnostic") remains available: the data transmitted is then whatever you choose to include in your email, sent from your own email account.
Purpose and legal basis
The diagnostic answers are used to produce the result presented to you and then, in aggregated and anonymous form, to improve the questionnaire and identify trends by industry and company size.
Any email address you have provided is used solely to send you the result and, where applicable, to continue the conversation. It is not sold, rented or passed on to any third party for commercial purposes.
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of Couronne de Charlemagne Conseil in corresponding with those who contact it, and on your consent for the optional provision of your email address.
Hosting and processors
Diagnostic answers are stored by Supabase Inc., which provides the database. The servers used are located in the eu-west-3 region, in Paris, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. The data is therefore stored in France.
Transfers outside the European Union
Having servers located in France is not enough to rule out the application of foreign law, and we prefer to say so clearly rather than limit ourselves to stating the hosting location.
Supabase Inc. and Amazon Web Services are companies governed by US law. As such, they are subject to the CLOUD Act, a US federal law that allows US authorities to require a US provider to disclose data it controls, even where that data is physically stored in Europe. No such transfer is planned or arranged, but this legal possibility exists and it would be inaccurate to claim otherwise.
The data concerned consists of assessments of a company's organisation and, if you have provided it, a business email address. It contains no sensitive data, no trade secrets and no information about your clients. If this caveat nonetheless seems unacceptable to you, please do not use the diagnostic and write to us instead: a conversation in person produces the same result.
Cookies
This site does not use any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, including in the diagnostic. Only technical elements strictly necessary for the site to function may be used, where applicable, by the host.
Retention period
Diagnostic responses are kept for one year from the date they are recorded, then deleted. Statistics compiled from these responses are anonymous and cannot be traced back to a company or an individual; they are kept indefinitely.
Any email address you may have provided is kept for one year after our last communication, then deleted.
Emails you send us directly are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage the business relationship, in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.
To exercise these rights, contact hello@marsanne.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
